Banana contains a lot of nutrients and minerals (vitamins C, B, A and potassium). You should choose ripe fruit without damage or brown spots. Bear in mind that this fruit can cause allergies or intestinal disorder. Pumpkin contains vitamins B, magnesium, beta-carotene and iron, which are essential for the health of the circulatory, nervous and immune systems. Also, the pumpkin contains sufficient phosphorus, silicon and vitamins C & D.

Helpful Tip: Bananas can be given to the babies from six months old. It’s best to add banana to the diet after adding the apples and pears.
